This realization became the foundation of Toby’s mission: to prepare the next generation of leaders to lead with confidence, character, and courage.

Toby's Story
From Military Leader to Corporate Mentor: The Journey Behind the Mission
Toby Hansen’s path to becoming a leadership mentor started with his upbringing as the only child of hard-working parents who instilled in him values of courage, discipline, and commitment. Inspired by his father’s service as a corrections officer and his mother’s unyielding work ethic, Toby developed a deep sense of responsibility and a drive to lead.
After high school, Toby joined the U.S. Army and began a distinguished 20-year military career, where he served as a Military Police Officer and led teams in both peacetime and combat. As a jumpmaster, Toby was responsible for ensuring the safety and readiness of his fellow paratroopers—experiences that taught him the unbreakable link between trust, integrity, and effective leadership.
